The Washington State Covenant Homeownership Act (Covenant) that began on July 1, 2024, has as October 1, 2025, led to approximately 800 new homeowners statewide. Come on December 4, 2025, to our second Celebration and Fundraiser and hear from those who obtained a home under the Covenant Program. Our Guest speaker will be announced by mid-November 2025.
All donations are tax deductible using Healthy Smart Homes Inc., Tax ID #20-2425196.
