When you have the following documents, we can begin the eligibility and underwriting process:

First Time Homebuyer Certificate through a Homebuyer Education Class (WSHFC has a list of Housing Counseling Organizations. Please scroll to obtain a list). Link

Housing Counseling one-one-one session that includes developing a budget. (WSHFC has a list of Housing Counseling Organizations. Please scroll down to obtain a list). Link

Secure a lender that you are working with to obtain an approval letter. (WSHFC has a list of lenders). Link

Once you have the above documents, complete the below pre-application, and submit it to Healthy Smart Homes Inc., Once HSH receives the pre-application, we will send you an invitation through an email to create a username and password, within the ONE HUB portal.

Once you register a Username and Password, additional instructions will be provided on how to access the ONE HUB portal to upload documents and receive messages.
